TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ISINTERNETUP.COM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

- Any inaccuracy in connection test results or diagnostic data
- Any errors or omissions in daily status reports
- Any decisions made or actions taken based on information provided by the Site
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any third-party conduct on or related to the Site
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless isinternetup.com and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and isinternetup.com regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. We will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
